I cant entirely forgive the parents tho. You gave the Nanny TOO much responsibility. Her excuses doesn’t make me sympathize with her… Like, didn’t Aiden being cold was her goal.
The parents should first take ownership of their own wrongs, given their society that would be a hard ask, since parental care isn’t a priority or a norm.
For parents to recognise their wrongs they must already care, if they care then working towards fixing the issue is possible, keyword is possible, it’s hard to take the step towards healing when one isn’t willing… But if they are, redemption and a better future ahead is possible.
If the parents didn’t care, then…well…just have to cope as best you can.
This hurts to read…
To a parent, to find out the caregiver you entrusted your child to abused your child?…
That sort of pain I don’t wish on anyone. 🥺😞
EXECUTION! Death for Whitney pls
YESSSS FIND OUT THE TRUTH FIRE THAT WHITNEY BTCH AND MAKE HER SUFFER??!!
What a shitty mother.
I just love how she is maturely handling the issues one by one, without the use of any convoluted plots. That’s the best part of this novel.
