Important NoticeTo give some context, most of our staff are students or full-time workers, and we spend our free time on scans as a small personal escape from daily life. Because of this, we are usually only able to work on weekends or whenever we have time after school or work.
As a result, updates on the site may not always be regular, but we are still doing our best. At times, this may mean releasing a batch of chapters (mass release) once we finally have the time to catch up on our projects. We are truly sorry if we are not always online, since this is not our main job and life sometimes gets in the way.
Despite everything, we are committed to maintaining this community. However, it has become increasingly difficult for us to cover the monthly costs of running and hosting the website.
Some have suggested moving everything to other platforms such as MD, but unfortunately content uploaded there can be removed by platform administrators. Since we do not own those platforms, we have no control over what happens to our uploads, nor can we guarantee long-term stability if a site is suddenly taken down, as we have seen happen to other platforms.
With our own website, we retain ownership of our content and can recover it if anything goes wrong. That is why we are still doing our best to keep the site running. However, it is not sustainable through our personal savings alone. For this reason, we have had to open monthly donations and occasionally limit public access to the site, as there are currently no better options available to us.
We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. If you are able to support us, we would deeply appreciate any contribution to help keep this site alive.

Don’t apply modern sense to the era this is set to. In those times a child loving to 20 was a miracle not to mention the war political schemes etc. It’s extreme in our minds and sense but makes perfect sense to them since it’s how the family lived
what non sense? it’s not totally non sense. it makes more sense though. to become strong that no one can harm you and the people around you, you have to go through several pain. that’s life. if you’re so against it all you can do is be strong yourself to be less burden or be a support, not a hindrance.
I see what the Duke means; the Chade family doesn’t just dish out crazy but also takes it from enemies, so that line of thinking, “be prepared”, is reasonable, but the execution that thinking on it is pretty cruel.
