I have to say, I really have a lot of respect for Izu right now who just got a dragon flopping on Choucre / Syucr

to have a discussion instead of fighting.
Syucr is really unhinged and I believe that there Moiras are behind a part of what he did to Maize, still, he’s completely crazy and so are all those knights who don’t even spend a moment thinking why they fight.
Demons aren’t attacking anybody in that version of the story, still they are tracked by knights because they are bad.
I don’t want to think of how many times Izu had to go through this, how much he suffered and being killed over and over again by the same damn knight could be the reason why there was a way in the first place (as bonus as being a book), wouldn’t you get angry if you and those you rule upon were systematically tracked and killed just because they aren’t humains ?
Now if you like this story and VN, you’ll have a lot of fun playing Cinderella Phenomenon. In that one VN there are fairies and witches, neither of them are villains. In fact they are both taking care of the balance of the world. Yet after some people wrote fairy tales, Humans began to attack witches and kill them and the Queen could feel each hit, each kill, each witch calling for her help and she lost her mind, deciding that if they wanted villain witches, they will get them. This happens before the beginning of the story and for the different stories and ending (each route is different and doesn’t have a main part with the others one you pick the one you’ll pair with), you’ll have to play this amazing free VN.
I feel this could have happened to Izu which is terrible to think of, yet he’s so patient and care so much about Maize that he goes out of his way to discuss with that madman.
Izu.. forget Maize and marry me instead.
