You only need to stop time once, kill Rezef and done. he crown would pass to either her or the little boy, and it’s problem solved. I see no downpoints to this.

She could literally just go, stop the time, kill the prince (stab, poison, cut his throat, shoot in the head and etc.) in that time, run, and then go cough up the blood. Goal reached!

They depicted it in such a way that I cringed for a second when I saw her double over and start suffering the effects…
