so far this is very meh…like Chloe didn’t do anything at all and these two men are swooning over her?? Also Chloe didn’t do anything but they said Lord Arthur has changed because of her? I mean, it’s obvious there’s a backstory but the backstory better be freaking amazing balls because this is all very generic fairy tail-like…it’s a bit toooo floofy for me.

Glad this is back! Arthur is starting to rub me the wrong way more and more… he literally could’ve prevented all of this. It was clear what that girl was up to the moment she jumped into his arm and had the audacity to say “I didn’t see her at all” about our Alice. Even if he hadn’t planned on her arrival, he should’ve taken Alice aside right then and explained the situation like he did on the bench, and let her know to let him know what she’s comfortable with. He’s had someone watching her, he knows what she’s been through, and also knows that both he and his ex-fiance are higher than Alice in class, social standing, wealth, and many other factors, so she literally cannot speak up. The fact that he lets her take the blame for it as her being too weak is unacceptable ughhhh. Okay rant over I just want better from men. The fact that the only words he spoke to Alice were “good morning” before going off with the other girl all day… wtf man

I’m glad the misunderstanding/situation resolved itself quickly, I was about to throw some virtual hands for a second. Also like between a sweet yandere and a mean one that verbally abused you for a decade, the choice was kind of obvious. I imagine his cousin is going to try to slap her and ml will catch it right on time or something similar very soon to break any sort of niceties he might’ve continued to have with her in the future.
I usually don’t like to jump to attacking the rival woman but..
The audacity. Why are you harassing the woman who clearly did not know instead of the man that dumped you? And mocking her knowing she can’t say anything because she’s from a has-not family background.
On the other hand Arthur… You don’t want to hurt her because of the arrangement, Fine. But you should not let her release her feelings at the expense of Alice who again, didn’t know and has terrible self esteem already. He’s doing the same thing as Grey, letting her be victimized so he can monopolize her. He’s just less stupid at it.
