Important NoticeTo give some context, most of our staff are students or full-time workers, and we spend our free time on scans as a small personal escape from daily life. Because of this, we are usually only able to work on weekends or whenever we have time after school or work.
As a result, updates on the site may not always be regular, but we are still doing our best. At times, this may mean releasing a batch of chapters (mass release) once we finally have the time to catch up on our projects. We are truly sorry if we are not always online, since this is not our main job and life sometimes gets in the way.
Despite everything, we are committed to maintaining this community. However, it has become increasingly difficult for us to cover the monthly costs of running and hosting the website.
Some have suggested moving everything to other platforms such as MD, but unfortunately content uploaded there can be removed by platform administrators. Since we do not own those platforms, we have no control over what happens to our uploads, nor can we guarantee long-term stability if a site is suddenly taken down, as we have seen happen to other platforms.
With our own website, we retain ownership of our content and can recover it if anything goes wrong. That is why we are still doing our best to keep the site running. However, it is not sustainable through our personal savings alone. For this reason, we have had to open monthly donations and occasionally limit public access to the site, as there are currently no better options available to us.
We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. If you are able to support us, we would deeply appreciate any contribution to help keep this site alive.

She knew very well that Ophelia would be incredibly hurt that Ray would be executed unjustly (because she unfortunately also knows very well that she is in love with Ray and vice versa). You can also see that she also realizes that Ophelia is emotionally very stricken and since you can unfortunately manipulate someone who is emotionally hurt into something, the rat also takes advantage of it very well.
It is now certain that Ray is being blackmailed by Emma and the Duke or he would never have helped these two greedy Ass vultures in his life. Especially not if it’s something that could harm Ophelia beyond belief, just wondering what the two of them have on him that makes him reluctantly go along with the plan. I also sadly have to admit that it’s not stupid of Emma to take advantage of the close affection Ophelia and Ray have for each other. As far as that is concerned, the author made a very good antagonist out of her and the part that she poses as a dear hypocritical angel is also very well conveyed by her.
Would also be strange, boring and unrealistic if the enemies weren’t like this.
Ophelia has prior knowledge about this world right? (sorry if im wrong, i havent read the beginning in a minute) so why does it seem like she’s always falling behind these days… crossing my fingers in hopes of a last-minute turn-tables LOL
