Important NoticeTo give some context, most of our staff are students or full-time workers, and we spend our free time on scans as a small personal escape from daily life. Because of this, we are usually only able to work on weekends or whenever we have time after school or work.
As a result, updates on the site may not always be regular, but we are still doing our best. At times, this may mean releasing a batch of chapters (mass release) once we finally have the time to catch up on our projects. We are truly sorry if we are not always online, since this is not our main job and life sometimes gets in the way.
Despite everything, we are committed to maintaining this community. However, it has become increasingly difficult for us to cover the monthly costs of running and hosting the website.
Some have suggested moving everything to other platforms such as MD, but unfortunately content uploaded there can be removed by platform administrators. Since we do not own those platforms, we have no control over what happens to our uploads, nor can we guarantee long-term stability if a site is suddenly taken down, as we have seen happen to other platforms.
With our own website, we retain ownership of our content and can recover it if anything goes wrong. That is why we are still doing our best to keep the site running. However, it is not sustainable through our personal savings alone. For this reason, we have had to open monthly donations and occasionally limit public access to the site, as there are currently no better options available to us.
We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. If you are able to support us, we would deeply appreciate any contribution to help keep this site alive.

I understand that Aidan going into her stuff was wrong but in this situation I can’t really blame him, and I think I would’ve reacted similarly.
I say that because both Aidan and Erin realized he was in love with her when they were 13. At that time, Erin noticed his feelings and even thought that it would be okay to continue letting him feel that way. Which means Erin has gone 7 years leading him on, knowing full well that he only had eyes for her.
From Aidan’s pov, they’ve had a happy marriage for 10 years (at least 7 if you only start counting when he realized he was in love with her), and all of a sudden she asks for a divorce out of nowhere? And his reaction to wanting to kill anyone else that she might be with is also not unusual. Obviously we know she’s not cheating, but put yourself in Aidan’s shoes. You’ve been happily married for 10 years and all of a sudden maybe your significant other is cheating on you? Of course he put 2 and 2 together and very quickly realized that wasn’t the case here, but most of the people I know would be more than livid at even the thought of their SO being with someone else.
And since he realized she didn’t have someone else, what else was he supposed to do except try to find out why she’s making this very sudden request?
I’m not trying to say that his actions were okay. All I’m saying is that I understand why he acted the way he did.
Plus, Erin isn’t completely innocent. She’s been leading him on for 7 years. I won’t include the first 3 years because during that time she wasn’t aware of his feelings, but the moment she became aware of his feelings and did nothing to discourage them *that* is when she started leading him on.
Everyone is reasonably confused as to why she would want a divorce when from an outsiders pov they’re probably the most happy, blissfully married couple in the empire.
I like this story so far, but I gotta admit a trope I’m not too fond of is a fl that doesn’t realize/acknowledge that the original story is *obviously* going to change if they act differently than the original character 😅
The original Aidan fell in love with Yulia because he hated the original Erin. *Obviously* he’s not going to randomly fall in love with her if his relationship with Erin has always been good and he’s been in love with her (kissing and sleeping together) for years…

I feel so bad for Aiden because I can relate. I was with someone for five years and they suddenly broke up with me on my birthday. There was no indication that they wanted to leave or fell out of love for me. They just said, “Let’s break up.”
I kept thinking, “was it my fault? When did it happen?” and so many what ifs. It’s heartbreaking since you wasted a quarter of your life with this person that you can’t get back. What was worse on my case is that my ex didn’t want to ‘leave,’ me; still kept in contact with me and wanted to be ‘friends with benefits,’ while they still had a SO. I told them no.
