Ive read the novel, I haven’t finish but I plan to continue reading it later on. I was so glad this got a manhwa though Im not really a big fan of this type of art.. Its not ugly, just not as pretty as like the ones Im use to reading. I didnt realized how beautiful art can really make a difference tbh. Also, when I saw this is available here in gourmetscan, I just cannot not read it knowing the translation will be of good quality 😂 thank you to the one working on this manhwa and to gourmetscan for only uploading quality-trans stories
While the setting is cute, wedding at 13 years old would be my first issue if it wasn’t for the feudal setting.
I do like the story but I have some issues regarding a 29 years old woman looking at him, who is 13 and fiding him cute, lovely and other inappropriate thoughts coming from a 29 years old looking at a child.
Yes she looks 13 as well but the author keeps reminding the readers that she is, in fact, 29.
Needless to say that it rubs me the wrong way.
Yes they never did anything inappropriate so far and he seems to be really mature for his age but it’s clear that she has some feelings for him and it’s weird. She is still an adult facing a child.
I do however appreciate how she helps him so he can move on and have a better childhood, I do appreciate everything she does for the other characters of the story making it so that Aiden won’t grow up in a household where there is no love and instead abuse coming from the nanny.
It is clear that her plan to divorce once they will both be adults will fail and I can’t wait those chapters as it will leave behind a situation that makes me very uncomfortable.
You may disagree on what I wrote regarding their relationship and her slowly falling for him, however picture a 29 years old adult falling for a 13 years old boy she could have met when picking her own child from school.
That’s what bothers me and I took the time to write about it in case we have young readers there who may be influenced by the manhwa.
Yes this is cute, adorable, there is a lot of fluff, but don’t forget that an adult having a relationship with a child is a huge no no and if an adult offers to be your special friend and so on, even if it is online, this is very wrong and you have to tell your parents about it.

ok this is a series from my favorite novel, now that the chapter has piled up I will begin binge read and come here again to write a review •••
okay, so as much as i was excited to see the promo get serialized, i didn’t really like the art on the cover so when i was pinged about gs picking this up, i didn’t immediately start to read this
so if the cover’s the reason you don’t want to read this, then i’d say to at least read chapter one first, since the cover is kind of a poor representation of the real artstyle (tho it is similar)
their faces look a bit round in the cover, but tbh it’s not that round-ish in the actual manhwa, and round-ish faces are excusable since they’re still children (we get a sneak peek on what adult aiden looks like in chapter one tho)
idk, i think the serialized manhwa does live up to my expectations coming from the promo but maybe that’s just me who knows lol

I wish the art was a littler prettier like the promo but I’ll take what I can get. At least it’s not as ugly as a lot of other manhwas I’ve seen.
