I’ve mentioned this before, but it’s so refreshing to have a FL who is intelligent and uses her smarts. She not only comes to conclusions off of the book, but off of people’s actions, coming to insights about their characters. She thinks ahead as well about what she needs to do and makes plans. It dodges around a lot of the ‘I can’t believe they did that!’ complaints and makes the story richer.
