I do not like Cassio; IF he was direct and to the point with her, MAYBE. But it seems like he’s just doing things to rile her up. He’s like the negative version of a therapist; not there to help, but only to draw out emotional and bad states.
He is manipulative and dishonest; and though I know the story will need to have him in it to continue, I would simply like him to walk off a cliff and depart.
Well darn, now I’m curious now too. I’m wondering if Ophelia at some point learned about the “game” or just had a really good sense of reading Emilia. What did she go and plan out?
